Workshops

Bruce has over twenty years experience as a scuba instructor and underwater photographer. He has logged close to 2000 dives and has captured many thousands of images on both film and digital media, using equipment ranging from the classic Nikonos IV and V film cameras to the latest housed digital SLR systems. A graduate of the Stephen Frink School of Underwater Photography, he has also accumulated deep knowledge and experience of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop from experts including Eddie Tapp and Daniel Brown.

Discover the elements of a well presented portfolio and work on building your portfolio for showing. This class will assist you with captioning, labeling, organizing, and filing your photography work. We will also identify potential markets and discuss how to submit work for publication.

Underwater Workshops on Location

These week long sessions are designed to provide the underwater photographer with the maximum shooting and learning opportunities. Daily assignments cover all aspects of underwater photography including wide angle, macro, fish portraits and night photography. Informal sessions are held every evening where participants’ images are reviewed and critiqued. Specialty Certification is available through SSI (Scuba Schools International).
